1. Well someone sounds kinda snarky. He gets stuff from a king then gives the other king stuff. But Qianlong sounds like he's mocking him saying "O King".
2. Wow. This guy thinks he's the sh*t (sorry, pardon my French!). He calls his empire "Celestial" and that ambassador a barbarian. It's kinda funny. He's totally snarky and sassy in the way this letter is written.
3. He insults Englad...he insults the ambassador and everything about England. He talks about the other nations too, he makes it seem like China is the center of the world.
4. Orders England to never come to China. He seems to do showing them "mercy".
